Artsy Fartsy and stuff...

More Cali pics for ya...
Disclaimer: I by no means consider myself a photographer...
I just take pics of crap I like...
maybe you will like it too.
This my friends is my totem.
They hang near me all the time.
I love 'em!
...and I so should have listen to this one...
I have several other pics...but none turned out as fabulous
as I had hoped...but,
what he was telling me was...
"Whatever you do Eva - make sure you follow the speed limit."
$200 later - I have learned I "will" listen for now on!
What smog?

Can you believe this is someone's back yard?
I would live off of fresh squeezed OJ,
Lemon bars and marguritas!
...and with just a short drive to the Mexican border...
I would probably be tequila'd most of the time!
Del Mar Sunset....
How is this for a happy hour?
You didn't think I would go to Cali and not hit at least one happy hour did ya?

...where's the rum?
My text pic to Shaney....I kinda missed him! :p
Oh my...how did that get in there?
Ok, I missed Shane, but I can still enjoy the beachy eye candy!
... natures paisley...
Sunset at Balboa Park
... pretty pink flower....in December...
Ok Mommie Dearest, that part of Cali I kinda like
and may even consider paradise!
Don't you love times with your sisters...
when you are all growed up...
and you can still laugh your ass off?
My Little model....
You didn't think you were going to get through a post without my boy, did ya? Is that the entrance to Wonderland?
ouchies!
Sheldon had pricklies the rest of the day!
Nothing worse them a baby skellie with pricklies - makes 'em less cuddleable!
Dr. Suess trees against the most blue sky....
I wish I was a writer...I am sure a poem or something
was just waiting to be written here!
Isn't this the happiest tree you ever saw?
I always hug trees anyway....
but this one really hugged back...and blew kisses!
pricklies...

and more pricklies...
It's a shame these are so huggy resistant....
they were beautiful!
oh crap...how did he get in here again?
Alright Mr. Happy Tree...
Since I am bloggy challenged...
I will let you smile at my peeps one more time...
This tree was the most amazing tree...
and yes...we hugged....and played...
and I could have hung out here all afternoon...
...flower in a fountain...

...the faces of Balboa Park....

Ok, that's all for now....

Wish I knew how to load music...I was listening some pretty good tunes while loading these. I have more...Sheldon at the beach.... I know, always Sheldon... *laughs* I am such a proud mommy! Until next time my beautiful bloggy friends!

**MEGA-HUGS**

Huggy trees, the entrance to Wonderland in a tree trunk, flowers in January all over the place, a day at the beach in the sunshine in January, happy hour right on the beach with a "view", the mildest weather anywhere in the continental USA, a few miles from decadent Mexico, weed delivered right to your door (with a prescription), and it's on the ballot to make it legal to all adults, endless awesome views from every mountain top, and snow on Palomar when it's t-shirt weather a few thousand feet below... and this place isn't "PARADISE"? Mommie Dearest knows where to live and enjoy her SS years. LUBBA LOTS

Great photos! Was that a RAVEN??? (Raven's are my power animal, which is why I was wondering.) Glad you had such a good time in California. Next time you'll have to head north to the wine country where WE live: )

I just gotta say that you have a very cool sense for image, composition, light and shadow/dark. This shows up in your photos as well as your artwork.

And BTW ... Sheldon looks especially dapper in his sailor's suit!

Wait ... that's not a sailor's suit ... what is he? Some kind of cop? Alien buster?

(I'm *so* confused)
